Cycloidal pin wheel reducer made up from three parts in structure input part, reducer part and output part.

 

 

Reducer input device include two roll bearing fixing on two eccentric knots which intricate 180 degree , center holes of tow cyclodid wheel are the roll bearing outer path, cycloidal wheels tooth with the pin gears of pin gears of pin wheel, it form one tooth different joggle iner reduce device. when input shaft drives eccentric knots, as pins of pin wheel have retricted cyclodial wheel's run rotation and revolution on the same plane at the same time, When iput shaft and eccentric knots rotate one circle, cyclodidal wheels run over single gear right about, by pegs inside wheels, which is one part of output device, cycloidal wheel's low speed rotating is transferred to output shaft, so lower speed output will be realized.
